Medicinal ingredients (per unit dose)
100 mg of L-5 HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophane, Griffonia simplicifolia), 200 mg of L-theanine, 250 mg of passiflora incarnata, 25 mg of magnesium (chloride) and 50 mg of potassium (citrate).

Non medicinal ingredients: Purified water, citric acid, malic acid, natural peach flavor, potassium sorbate, monk fruit and citrus seed extract.
